【Product Shipping Policy】

●General product (in stock) delivery time:
The product will be shipped within 3 working days after ordering (if there are national holidays or natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, the shipment will be postponed).

● Delivery time for special order products (such as engraving and laser engraving services):
If it is a special order product, it will be shipped within 5 working days after the order is completed (if it encounters national holidays or natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, the shipment will be postponed).

●Pre-order product delivery time:
The shipment will be arranged according to the delivery time in the product description.

※If the same order contains both in-stock and customized or pre-ordered products, they will be shipped together after the customized or pre-ordered products arrive. If you don’t want to wait, it is recommended to split the order and purchase.

●Product delivery time (Taiwan):
It will be delivered within 1-2 working days after being sent out (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays). The actual delivery time depends on the logistics company.

●Product delivery time (overseas):
The delivery working days may vary depending on the destination, so please be sure to ask in advance.
