【Order Inquiry】
After the order is successful, you will receive an MAIL order notification sent by the system.
⚠️If the order status changes to "Delivered", it means the product has been delivered and is in transit, not yet arrived. You can learn about the current logistics status of the package through the logistics details in the member center or notification letter you received.
Dianzi provides 3 ways to check orders:
1. Receive the email in your mailbox to confirm the order details and "Authentication Number".
2. Go to the official website and select [Track Order】, enter the "order number" and "certification number" to query.
3. Send a private message to the official LINE account of IdeaPay and provide your purchase information "name" and "phone number" so that the customer service staff can check for you.

【Modify/Cancel Order】
●If the order status is "Processing", you can cancel the order in the order query.
●After the order is placed, if there are any changes/modifications required, such as product color, product specifications, recipient information, etc., please feel free to contact Dianzibao’s customer service.
●Please provide your "order number", "purchaser's name" or "purchaser's phone number" so that we can serve you quickly.

●Customer service hours: Monday to Friday 10:30-19:30 (excluding national holidays)
【Product Invoice】
●For orders placed before 114/3/19 (including that day), the product invoice will be enclosed with the goods. Please pay attention when unpacking. If the invoice is lost, it will not be reissued.
●Orders shipped from 114/3/20 will use cloud-based invoices. The invoice will be sent to your order mailbox after it is completed. Please confirm that the EMAIL mailbox you filled in is correct.
●Please keep the invoice for 7 days. Returns and exchanges must be processed with the invoice.
●If you have any questions about the invoice, please contact customer service within 5 days of receipt for assistance.
【Over-collection arrival notice】
When the package arrives at the pickup store, a text message notification will be automatically sent at:
●Day 1: “Goods Arrived at the Store” SMS
● Day 5: SMS message “Not Picked Up Reminder” (will be sent only if the item is not picked up)
●Day 7: The product will be returned to Dianzibao. If you resend the item, you will be charged a second shipping fee.
